Terms of Service

Terms for Viral AI Video accounts, synthetic media, consent, credits, subscriptions, and intended Stripe checkout.

Last updated: 2026-11-04

These Terms govern your use of Viral AI Video ("Viral AI Video", "we", "us", or "our") at viralaivideo.org. By using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. What the Service Does

Viral AI Video creates synthetic short videos using AI models accessed through third-party providers, including Kie. The homepage offers a free reference-video breakdown, editable prompts, and generation options. Dedicated effect pages offer presets that can generate from photos without a separate breakdown. Available models, duration, resolution, aspect ratio, audio options, and credit costs vary by effect and provider availability.

The model can synthesize a person's likeness from photos and use a reference clip to guide a new video. Generating new frames does not establish consent or clear copyright, privacy, trademark, or likeness rights. Results may differ from the reference, and processing times and a particular result are not guaranteed.

We are an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance, a creator, or a person shown in a trend.

2. Accounts and Age

You must be at least 18 to use the service. Keep your account secure and notify us about unauthorized use. Do not evade a suspension, create accounts to bypass limits, resell account access, or interfere with the service.

3. Your Uploads and Permission

Use only photos of yourself, other adults aged 18 or older who explicitly consent to the specific AI depiction, or pets you have permission to depict. Photos or generated likenesses of minors, celebrities, politicians, and other public figures are prohibited. Permission to possess a photo is not necessarily permission to animate or publish the person's likeness.

For reference clips, prompts, images, voices, and music, you must hold the rights or other lawful permission needed for uploading, processing, adapting, and your intended publication. A public post, downloadable clip, attribution, or a link is not permission by itself. Do not upload material containing people or protected work you have no right to use.

Before generating, you must personally confirm the required consent and rights statements. A checkbox, moderation result, or successful render does not verify those rights for you. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, transmit to service providers, store, and deliver your request, subject to the Privacy Policy. You retain any rights you already hold in your uploads.

4. Prohibited Uses and Safety

Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits sexual content, child exploitation, graphic violence, hate, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual depictions, and infringement of intellectual property or privacy. Do not imply that an AI scene is real surveillance, stalking, voyeurism, or an event involving a person who did not consent.

We use automated checks and may investigate reports and restrict content or accounts. These checks can make mistakes and cannot establish someone's age, identity, or consent with certainty. We do not promise that every image, prompt, or output is reviewed by a person or that all prohibited content will be detected. Provider checks may also block a request.

We may block requests, remove hosted content, limit access, or suspend or close accounts for violations. Where required by law, we may preserve evidence and report unlawful activity. These actions do not remove any non-waivable consumer rights. You can report a problem or appeal by emailing the contact below; see the Acceptable Use Policy for details.

5. Credits, Plans, and Payments

Stripe is the only intended processor for new purchases. Paid purchases are available only when Stripe checkout is configured and enabled; a displayed plan or price alone does not confirm that checkout is available. When enabled, payment card details are submitted to Stripe's checkout rather than collected in our application.

The catalog includes monthly and yearly subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Review the Pricing page and the checkout summary for the amount, currency, taxes, credit allowance, billing interval, and renewal terms before purchasing.

  • Generation cost: The required credits depend on the model, resolution, duration, and reference inputs. Review the quoted credits before submitting. A pack named "Single Video" contains 10 credits; it does not guarantee enough credits for every effect or configuration.
  • One-time packs: A pack does not renew automatically. Purchased pack credits currently have no scheduled expiration. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, except where a refund is due under our Refund Policy or applicable law.
  • Subscriptions: Monthly plans are billed monthly; yearly plans are billed annually. Both issue the plan's credits in monthly grants, rather than granting a full year's credits at once. Subscription credits expire at the applicable monthly billing or grant boundary; yearly-plan grants expire at the next monthly grant boundary. Check the expiration shown in your credit history. Unused credits do not extend their expiration because you cancel or renew.
  • Renewal and cancellation: A subscription renews for the selected interval unless canceled before renewal. Use your account's subscription controls to cancel, or contact support if you cannot access them. Check that cancellation is confirmed. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally leaves access through the already-paid period; it is different from a refund and does not itself refund a past payment.
  • Failed tasks: Reserved credits for a task marked failed are returned automatically. A rejected request before reservation is not charged. If a return does not appear, contact support with the task ID. A task credit return is different from a cash refund of a purchase.

Our Refund Policy covers billing errors, technical defects, refund review, and mandatory consumer rights. Price changes do not change the amount already agreed for a completed purchase. Any renewal price change will be disclosed before it applies as required by law.

6. Results, Audio, and Publication

AI generation can produce inaccurate faces, hands, motion, text, and other artifacts. Review a result before using it. No specific likeness, quality, performance, reach, or earnings are promised.

You may download and use an output only to the extent that applicable law, the selected provider's terms, and rights in the inputs and output allow. We do not guarantee copyright ownership, exclusivity, commercial-use rights, or clearance of every generated element. Choosing a recreated background does not automatically clear rights in a reference, choreography, character, or likeness.

Audio options may include silence, model-generated audio, or a separately identified original rhythm. A link to a platform sound page lets you add a sound within that platform; it does not give you a license to copy or redistribute its recording. Music permissions depend on the track, platform, account type, territory, and intended use, including advertising. See our Copyright and Takedown Policy.

Follow the rules of any platform where you publish, including synthetic-media labels and music restrictions. Do not present generated footage as evidence that a real person did or endorsed something.

7. Storage and Availability

Download your files within the retention window for your plan. Finished-video retention currently ranges from 1 day for free accounts, 7 days for credit pack buyers, to 30, 90, or 180 days for the corresponding subscription tiers. The Privacy Policy explains cleanup, reference materials, and provider copies. The service is not a permanent backup, and we cannot retrieve copies others have downloaded or control every provider cache.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

Subject to non-waivable legal rights, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without a promise of uninterrupted access or a specific generated result. To the extent the law allows, we exclude indirect and consequential losses and limit aggregate liability relating to the service to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and do not remove statutory rights or remedies for consumers.

9. Ending Use and Changes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Cancel any subscription before deleting an account so that renewal is addressed; contact support if you need help with both. We may suspend access for violations or security reasons. Any payment or refund consequences remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

We may update these Terms and show the revision date here. Material changes will be communicated where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights for an existing purchase.

10. Contact

For support, billing, legal notices, account deletion, or appeals, email support@viralaivideo.org. Include an order or task ID when relevant, but never send card numbers or unnecessary sensitive documents.
