Submitting a Support Request

To help us investigate, please include the relevant details:

• Generation or Rendering Inquiries: Include your account email, selected effect or reference-breakdown session, and the Task ID (if visible).
• Billing or Credit Questions: Include your order confirmation number or account email if available. Stripe is the only intended processor for new purchases. Paid purchases are available only when Stripe checkout is configured and enabled. See our Refund Policy for purchase refunds, task credit returns, and subscription cancellation.
• Content Safety & Privacy Inquiries: If you wish to report content or request data deletion, include the target URL or identifier.
• Security Notice: Never send your account password, API keys, or full credit card numbers via email.
