Acceptable Use Policy
Adult consent, synthetic-media restrictions, moderation limits, reports, and appeals for Viral AI Video.
Last updated: 2026-11-04
This policy covers everyone using Viral AI Video and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to photos, reference clips and links, prompts, edited instructions, generated videos, audio, and publication of outputs.
1. Consent and Synthetic Media
You must be 18 or older. Human photo references must show you or another adult aged 18 or older who explicitly agreed to the specific AI depiction and its intended use. You must also have permission to use pet photos and other reference material. Do not use photos or likenesses of minors, celebrities, politicians, or other public figures, even if a source is publicly available.
The service includes dedicated presets and a general reference-breakdown studio with editable prompts. Its AI models can synthesize a person's likeness from photos and use reference footage to guide a scene. Calling a result comedy, parody, a remake, or newly generated does not establish permission or make an otherwise prohibited depiction acceptable.
Do not simulate non-consensual surveillance, stalking, or voyeurism, or imply that a person took part in an event they did not agree to. Do not present generated footage as real evidence of a person's actions or endorsement. Follow platform rules for synthetic-media disclosure.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Do not upload, request, generate, or distribute through the service:
- Sexual content: Nudity, sexual acts, sexualized or fetish content, sexual services, or intimate imagery without consent, including AI-generated material. There is no adult-content mode.
- Child exploitation or minor imagery: Any human photo reference of someone under 18, sexualized depictions of minors, child sexual abuse material, or content that endangers children.
- Violence and self-harm: Graphic injury, gore, torture, cruelty to people or animals, credible threats, or material promoting or instructing serious violence or self-harm.
- Hate and extremism: Attacks or incitement against protected groups, terrorist propaganda, recruitment, or assistance for violent extremism.
- Impersonation and abuse: Celebrity or public-figure likenesses, deceptive impersonation, fraud, fabricated endorsements, harassment, bullying, doxxing, or non-consensual depictions of private people.
- Rights violations: Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Public availability, attribution, or a successful safety check does not establish a license.
Do not bypass safety screening, disguise prohibited inputs, evade account or generation limits, misuse someone else's account, interfere with the infrastructure, or bypass payment controls. A reference scene or output must not be used to suggest affiliation with a person, brand, or organization without permission.
3. Moderation and Its Limits
We use automated prompt checks, image screening where required by the generation flow, provider checks, and review of reports. We may refuse a request when required screening is unavailable. A request rejected before credit reservation is not charged, and tasks marked failed return reserved credits as described in the Refund Policy.
Automated systems can miss prohibited content or block legitimate content. They cannot reliably prove age, identify every public figure, establish consent, or clear intellectual property rights. We do not claim that every output is screened by a separate video classifier or reviewed by a human before delivery. Presets do not eliminate misuse, and provider acceptance is not our approval of a request's legality.
Authorized reviewers may examine relevant content and records when investigating safety, support, appeals, or legal matters. Do not rely on moderation to decide whether you have permission to create or publish a video.
4. Reports
Anyone may report content or an account; you do not need a service account. Email support@viralaivideo.org with the subject "Content report". For suspected child exploitation or a credible immediate threat, use "Urgent safety report" so we can prioritize it.
Include the content URL or task identifier, where you saw it, the concern, and enough information to understand the issue. If a depiction uses your likeness without consent, say so. For copyright or trademark matters, see our Copyright and Takedown Policy. Do not attach or redistribute illegal imagery; identify its location instead.
We handle report information with care, but cannot promise absolute confidentiality where disclosure is legally required or needed to handle a rights claim. Intentionally false or abusive reports may themselves lead to restrictions.
5. Review and Enforcement
We prioritize suspected child exploitation, credible threats, and non-consensual intimate imagery. We aim to assess reports promptly according to severity and the information available. No fixed response or resolution time is guaranteed; legally required deadlines apply.
Depending on the circumstances, we may block a request, restrict access to content, remove a hosted file or link, issue a warning, limit generation, suspend an account, or close it for serious or repeated violations. We may preserve records and report unlawful activity when required by law. Removing material from our service does not remove third-party copies or copies already downloaded.
Credit returns for a failed task are separate from purchase refunds. Account enforcement does not automatically waive non-waivable payment or consumer rights.
6. Appeals and Changes
If you believe a restriction was a mistake, email the same address with the subject "Appeal", the account or task identifier, and your explanation. We will review the relevant information and explain the outcome, subject to legal or safety limits. Do not include unnecessary identity documents or payment details.
We may revise this policy and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required. For questions about these rules, use the support contact above.
