Refund Policy
Failed-task credit returns, subscription cancellation, purchase refunds, and consumer rights for Viral AI Video.
Last updated: 2026-11-04
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It explains task credit returns, purchase refunds, and subscription cancellation for Viral AI Video.
Stripe is the only intended processor for new purchases. Paid purchases are available only when Stripe checkout is configured and enabled. The purchase terms below apply when checkout becomes available.
1. Failed Tasks and Credit Returns
Credits are reserved when a generation task starts. If the task is marked failed, including a provider safety rejection, the reserved credits are returned automatically. A request rejected before reservation does not use credits. Processing and maintenance delays can occur; contact support with the task ID if the returned credits do not appear.
An automatic task credit return is different from a refund of a purchase. It restores your in-service credit balance; it does not send money to your payment method or cancel a subscription. Credit validity remains subject to the applicable grant's expiration.
2. Completed Results and Technical Problems
AI results vary. Differences in facial likeness, hands, motion, timing, or small details do not by themselves guarantee a refund or another free generation. A particular artistic result is not promised.
If a delivered file is blank, corrupt, unplayable, or materially different from the purchased service description, send us the task ID and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a credit return, another attempt, or a purchase refund where required. This does not limit statutory remedies for a defective or misdescribed digital service.
3. Packs and Subscriptions
- One-time packs: Packs do not renew. Purchased pack credits currently have no scheduled expiration. A "Single Video" pack contains 10 credits and may not cover a higher-cost effect. Review the quoted generation cost before purchasing or rendering.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions: Subscription payments cover the selected billing period and issue credits in monthly grants. A yearly purchase is billed annually, with credits issued monthly. Subscription credits expire at the applicable monthly billing or grant boundary, including monthly grant boundaries within a yearly plan. Check the grant's displayed expiration.
- Cancellation: Cancel through your account's subscription controls before renewal, or contact us if those controls are unavailable. Check for confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. It does not itself refund a payment, extend credit expiration, or convert a yearly plan into monthly billing.
- Refund review: We do not offer an unconditional change-of-mind refund for delivered credits, consumed computing services, unused subscription periods, or an unwanted but properly disclosed renewal. We will review billing errors, undelivered purchases, defects, and any request supported by non-waivable consumer rights. There is no blanket final-sale rule overriding those rights.
4. Purchase Refunds and Billing Errors
Contact us if you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, were charged without receiving the purchased entitlement, or believe a refund is due. Include your account email, order reference, charge date, and the issue. Never send a full card number.
If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the corresponding credits or subscription entitlements may be revoked or adjusted. An approved payment refund is normally sent to the original payment method through the processor. Processing and bank posting times vary; we do not promise an exact arrival date.
Contacting support can help resolve a billing issue, but is not a condition that removes your right to contact your bank, payment provider, or a consumer authority.
5. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes a non-waivable right to a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, repair, or other remedy under applicable law. Where starting a digital service during a statutory withdrawal period requires express consent and acknowledgment about loss of withdrawal rights, those requirements must be satisfied; delivery or use of credits alone is not treated here as a universal waiver.
6. Contact
Email support@viralaivideo.org with the subject "Billing & Refund Support". We review requests using the order and task records and will explain the outcome. Applicable legal response deadlines take precedence over any general support target.
