About Viral AI Video

About Viral AI Video, dedicated photo effects, reference-guided creation, and our independent service standards.

Viral AI Video (viralaivideo.org, originally launched with the viral window trend generator at windowpeeperai.app) is an independent AI video platform that turns portrait photos into cinematic, comedic short clips and remakes trending TikTok/Reels videos with multi-modal visual breakdown.

1. What We Do

Dedicated effect pages provide preset scenes and camera directions. The homepage studio offers a free reference-video breakdown, editable prompts, and generation options. Upload the number of permitted photos required by the selected effect, then review the model, duration, resolution, audio options, and quoted credit cost before generating. A credit pack name does not guarantee enough credits for every effect.

  • AI Video Models: Videos use third-party model options, including ByteDance Seedance, accessed through providers such as Kie. Available models and specifications depend on configuration and provider availability.
  • Dual-Engine Creation: Users can generate dedicated one-step viral trends (such as Window Peeper AI with 4 curated comedic scenes: Burger at Night, Caught and Wave, Couple Dinner, and Pet at the Window), or use the homepage studio to break down and remake custom reference videos with AI scene analysis.

2. Independent Service and Synthetic Media

Viral AI Video is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance, a trend creator, or a person shown in a reference clip.

The model can synthesize a person's likeness from photos and use reference footage to guide a new scene. Newly generated frames do not establish consent or clear rights in a reference, likeness, music track, or output. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, artistic result, processing time, or commercial-use rights. Review our Terms of Service and Copyright and Takedown Policy before using or publishing content.

3. Safety, Privacy, and Billing

  • Consenting Adults Only (18+): Viral AI Video accepts only photos of yourself, consenting adults (18+) who gave permission, or your pets. Celebrities, public figures, and minors are strictly prohibited.
  • Moderation Limits: Automated checks can make mistakes and cannot prove age, identity, consent, or ownership of rights. Users remain responsible for permission to create and publish each depiction.
  • Storage and Provider Copies: Finished-video download windows depend on the account plan. Cleanup depends on maintenance and storage operations; reference materials, provider-hosted files, caches, and records can have different retention. We do not use uploads to train our own models, but cannot make a blanket promise about external provider training or deletion. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Intended Stripe Checkout: Stripe is the only intended processor for new purchases, including monthly or yearly subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Paid purchases are available only when Stripe checkout is configured and enabled. Tasks marked failed return reserved credits automatically. Purchase refunds and cancellation are separate; see our Refund Policy.
